Question: Are Boys or Girls More Likely to Get Asthma?

Answer: The answer to this question is "It depends." According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, asthma is more common in male children than it is in female children. However, in adults, asthma tends to be more common in women than in men. Experts don’t have an answer as to why this is so.
